the location proved supremely convenient, close to the terminals i needed. a reliable shuttle service helped with airport transfers. the room provided ample space and i found it very clean. the restaurant had a tasty menu, with options after a long day of travel.
I did notice a slight delay during check-in because of limited staff at the desk. It was not a major concern though

The location was perfect because I needed to catch an early flight from Terminal 5.
The bathroom was not up to standard. There was only one bath towel provided, quite annoying. the shower had almost no water pressure (I expect more from a hotel).

The staff consistently displayed friendly and helpful behavior . The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the airport. I especially liked the helpful behaviour of all staff members. The proximity to the major airport is beneficial.
The car park was overcrowded and it took a long time to find a space. The bathroom and other facilities looked tired and in need of updating and better cleaning. It took me a long time to find a parking space. The bathroom definitely needed an update.

the room were comfortable. the breakfast and dinner was enjoyed by everyone. restaurant staffs were really good and went the extra mile for us.
check-in took over 5 minutes. the tv hadn't been programmed so we could not watch it. it rings, then someone picks up and hangs up again. so no tv.
